THE POETRY OF BOOKMAKING WORKSHOP --- THINGS TO BRING
Some Suggestions!


If you are already a bookmaker please bring your usual tools and glue, thread, needles, etc.

If you are a BEGINNER you will need:
Scissors
Exacto knife with a sharp blade
Pens, pencils, colored pencils, eraser
Ruler
Glue: Elmer's with a workable top, glue stick
Removable Scotch tape is also sometimes useful
Small brushes 1/2" up to 2" for glue – the inexpensive kind you can find in the paint department
Something for making small holes – a potters needle tool is excellent and inexpensive, or an ice pick or an awl
Paper clips


ALL LEVELS:
A notebook
Scrap paper for gluing on
A small cutting board or piece of heavy cardboard approx. 12" x 12" for cutting on
